SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

1. ORDERS PLACED FROM WITHIN THE UNITED KINGDOM

UK orders are fulfilled through Amazon Logistics UK on an expedited service, so most UK Mainland orders arrive the next working day.

Orders placed via the Beauty by Ané website are dispatched 7 days a week, including Public Holidays. Orders placed before 2pm UTC will be dispatched the same day.

UK SHIPPING COSTS

  • Free UK shipping on orders over £40
  • £4.45 flat rate on UK orders under £40

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES FOR UK ORDERS

  • UK Mainland: 1 working day
  • Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and the Highlands: 2 to 4 working days

2. ORDERS PLACED FROM WITHIN THE UNITED STATES

USA orders are fulfilled through Amazon Logistics USA on an expedited service.

Orders placed via the Beauty by Ané website are dispatched 7 days a week, including Public Holidays. Orders placed before 2pm UTC will be dispatched the same day.

USA Mainland: 1 to 4 working days

3. ORDERS PLACED FROM WITHIN THE EU AND REST OF THE WORLD

Orders placed via the Beauty by Ané website are dispatched within 2 working days using Royal Mail, DHL or UPS.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES FOR EU AND REST OF THE WORLD ORDERS

Estimated 7 to 21 working days depending on the carrier and local customs processes.

Please note: Customs fees and import duties for international orders are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. These are not included at checkout.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAILS

Once your order and payment have been processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email to confirm your purchase and your order number. Please quote your order number in any correspondence.

Upon shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the shipping details of your package. If you have not received these emails, please contact ane@beautybyane.com.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 2 working days of placing your order, please contact ane@beautybyane.com.

Please report missing orders within 21 days of placing your order.
