We are committed to your satisfaction so if you are unhappy with your Ané products please contact us through the website to let us know.  

You can simply email ane@beautybyane.com and clearly state Refund or Exchange request. 

 

Simply return the item in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange or refund. 


We accept returns up to 14 days after the date of delivery. We do not provide return labels for returns. The cost of shipping on return items is at your expense. Refunds are issued within 2-5 business days after receipt of the return package.

For hygiene and health & safety reasons, we are not able to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on used items. 

We can only accept returns or exchanges for orders placed on the Beauty by Ané website. 


Products that are exchanged or returned should be sent to the following address. Please note that Beauty by Ané does not cover the cost of returns.
